Welcome to the Blogg of the new Sherri.  Many people that recently meet me wonder why I say this.  Well if you look at my pictures on my blogg the first one is of me in 2007.  If you look at the picture just below it that is me in 2010.  Can you believe it!!  May of 2007 I made a life changing decision.  I had the rouxen y gastric bypass surgery and it has to be the greatest tool to use toward health and wellness that any doctor has ever discovered.  I lost 260 lbs in about a year and a half.  I say about because I just melted away and did not even realize it.  The purpose of the surgery for me was to make my self healthier and be here for my 6 beautiful grandchilden as long as God will let me.  And I am a firm believer that God helps those who help themselves.  The followin pictures are of my beautiful grandchildren whom I love dearly.
