Reflection of Me and the Relaxation Exercise

On a normal day in my house it can be really stressful.  There are 4 adults and 3 children living in my home for a few months and it is really hectic. Overall, I feel that my physical well being is about a 9.  I exercise regularly, eat well and rest well. My main goal in this area is to not eat too much over the holidays.
My spiritual well being is where I could use the most improvement it is about an 8.  I do have times when I sit and reflect on the day and thank God for what I have and am able to do. Since attending school and all our other events of the fall months I know I could do better in this area by attending church regularly and taking more time to just enjoy nature more.
Physiologically I am a happy satisfied individual.  I would rate my psychological health at an 8.  There is not much that I am not happy with.  The only thing I have to deal with is a little stress due to the number of activities I try to do in a single day.  Sometimes I expect more of myself than I can accomplish.  I need to try to re evaluate my time management and reduce my stress level.
Oh WOW!  I loved the relaxation exercise.  I definitely need more of these exercises.  I copied this one to my phone music player and MP3 player.  I will be using it more.  After listening and following the exercise the stress I was feeling due to the events of my day had totally gone away.  I actually felt energized and ready to tackle a new project.  It was almost like I had an energy boost.
I know I talked about evaluating my time management schedules.  I positively know that I am going to incorporate a listening relaxation exercise in my schedule for every afternoon.
Wish me luck I only have about 2 more months of 7 people in my home and I am hoping the relaxation exercise helps me deal with the stress that this brings more effectively.

Sounds like you definitely need some time to relax with all the people staying in your house.

The lyrics to Linkin Park's song are very comforting to me also. Great choice!

Sherri, I so understand your stress, I am living in the house with 4 children and one adult. I moved into help them get back on their feet, regardless of the reason, I am so glad when my season is up. I miss my peace and tranquility. I cannot say that I don't have it, just not like I am accustom to. I see you have a lot going on and you are juggling a lot; having some "me time" will definitely make it easier for you to feel good, energized and ready to save the world. Much success to you and all the projects you have taken on!
